LABOR DAY CONFERENCE ON CD
06LHCD9-1 - Steve
Coyle - GOD'S STRESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM - Mark
2:27-28 "And he said unto them, The sabbath was
made for man, and not man for the sabbath: Therefore
the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath."
Steve starts off this campmeeting with a message on
the meaning and value of true rest. From the very
beginning, God instituted rest. God rested on the
seventh day and Adam and Eve rested with Him. Are you
in poor health, exhausted, maybe even burnt out? Many
physical, emotional and spiritual maladies come on us
when we live in a constant state of hurry and stress
in our 24/7 society. When you think you are resting,
are you really? God has a balance for work and rest.
Surrender your most precious possession to the Lord -
your time. A prayer of repentance, restoration and
refreshing follows this thought-provoking message.
06LHCD9-2 - Cheryl
Batts - WHY NO REST - Our example is Jesus. He did only
what the Father told Him to do. Cheryl implores the
listener to enter into a deep, intimate relationship
with God the Father and to walk in His ways. Jer
6:16, "Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the
ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is
the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find
rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk
therein." Call Him in the middle of the
winepress. The longer you stay in the winepress, the
more the real you, who was made before time, will be
revealed. Then God's love can flow from you and you
are able to enter into the rest of God. Cheryl
exposes the kingdoms of unbelief, fear,
unforgiveness, disobedience and pride. Warfare and
deliverance prayers conclude this message.
06LHCD9-3A & 3B -
Dr. William Null - CALLED TO WAR -
"Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good
soldier of Jesus Christ." 2 Tim 2:3 Dr. Null
reviews the call to be a soldier of Jesus Christ
issued in the gospel. He then reviews the two
kingdoms at war - Kingdom of Light vs. kingdom of
darkness - identifying the leaders and combatants in
each kingdom. The start of the war is discussed and
the weapons of each kingdom are revealed. He then
shows how the soldier in the Kingdom of Light can
prevail over the enemy and enter into the Kingdom of
God - righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost!
06LHCD9-4 - Carla
Butaud - IF I'M A CHRISTIAN, THEN WHY AM I SICK? - Dear
Christian, have you ever asked the question,
"If, by His stripes we are healed, then why am I
sick?" Carla digs deep into the Word of God
concerning sickness and disease. This is not a doctor
bashing message, or one of condemnation, but an
encouraging message to help you to tap into the
healing power of God. Carla's personal testimony of
trusting God in this area over more than twenty
years, gives it an interesting and faith building
viewpoint. Some of the points covered are: The
principles for healing and deliverance which are set
in order by the blood covenant, the traditions of
men, faith vs fear and our sins and the sins of the
fathers. The result is that everything spiritual
works itself out in the flesh. At the end of the
message you can't help but say, "If Your Word
says it, Lord, I will believe it!" Group
deliverance follows this message.
06LHCD9-5 - Clement
Humbard - THE LORD JESUS CHRIST - "Crown Him with Glory
and Honor" taken from Heb 2:7 & Ps 8:5. The
whole subject of life is Jesus. What a wonderful way
to begin a teaching about our Lord Jesus Christ. The
Word of God centers around proclaiming and exalting
the Lord Jesus. He is the beginning and the end and
the end and the beginning. Intelligence, life, love
and imagination all come from God because God created
man in His image. Why do we serve God? Because He is
God, period. This is the whole duty of man. The
writer of Hebrews (Paul) said "be ready to live,
ready to die and ready for persecution." Our
speaker encourages "baby Christians" to
"grow up" into maturity in the Lord Jesus
Christ through this message. The call of God starts
with God, not with man. All thoughts come from human,
God or the devil. As a man thinketh, so is he. This
brings us to the fact that every enemy ought to be
under foot. Seven enemies are listed: sin, sickness
& diseases, demon power, fear, the old man old
nature, poverty and the last enemy is death.
"Death is already dead." Each enemy is
explained in this message. Everything begins with God
and all will be fulfilled in these last days. We will
know all truth and proclaim it on the housetops. The
Lord Jesus Christ spoke a "Father Glory
Revelation" in John 17:22, "And the glory
which thou has given to me I have given to them; that
they may be one, just as We are one." God is
going to restore the Shekinah Glory to the church.
Halleluia! Amen.
06LHCD9-6A & 6B -
Dr. William Null - REJECTION - PART 1 - "To
the praise of the glory of His grace, wherein He hath
made us accepted in the beloved." Eph 1:6 Dr.
Null shows by Scripture how rejection is our
birthright from Adam. He then discusses rejections
various meanings and how they work in your life.
According to Scripture, you can react to rejection
with either fear or pride. If you accept rejection
from someone else it enters you as fear. If you react
by rejecting something or someone else it enters you
as pride. He then discussed the Scriptural fruit of
fear in your life. Deliverance prayer follows the
teaching.
06LHCD9-7 - Steve
Coyle - ENTERING INTO THE REST OF GOD - This is part 2 of Steve's
message on rest. A short review of his first message
is followed by a message on the Sabbath - a shadow, a
symbol or representation of things to come. The
person of the Lord Jesus Christ is the substance of
all of those. Ex 33:14 "And he said, My presence
shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest."
Mt 11:28 " Come unto me, all ye that labour and
are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
Jesus fulfilled the Sabbath rest. On the cross, Jesus
said, "It is finished." He completed all
the works related to us living the Christian life.
Now we are to identify with and trust in what Jesus
has already done for us. He wants to live through us.
Steve gives us insight into his personal journey of
learning to enter into a rest that transcends the
physical rest. There is an inner peace and
tranquility because of our identification with the
Lord Jesus. We don't have to do the work, but we need
to believe and trust the Lord.
06LHCD9-8A & 8B -
Glen Miller - RIGHTLY DIVIDING THE WORD OF TRUTH -
"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a
workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly
dividing the word of truth." 2 Tim 2:15 "My
people are destroyed because of lack of knowledge
." Glen teaches us the Scripture and we
are better able to see what God is saying about
things that for so long we have taken at face value.
It is time to rightly divide the Word for ourselves
that we be not ashamed and be approved unto God.
06LHCD9-9 - Dr.
William Null - REJECTION - PART 2 - "Pride goeth before
destruction, and an haughty spirit before a
fall." Pro 16:18 This is a continuance of
06LHCD9-6A & 6B Rejection Part I. In this lesson
he begins with a review of the nature of rejection
and the two basic reactions it invokes - fear and
pride. If we respond in pride then much evil fruit
results in our lives and the lives of those around
us. He discusses the fruit in detail with supporting
Scriptures. Dr. Null then concludes the teaching with
a discussion of the proper response to rejection so
that we remain in peace and righteousness
relationships. Deliverance prayers follow this
teaching.
06LHCD9-10A & 10B
- Jim Landry - THE SPIRIT OF TERRORISM - A compelling evangelistic
message on submitting to authority. Terrorism is
nothing new to the Christian. Throughout the
Scriptures we read of instances where individuals and
congregations tried to undermine authority. Several
are found in Numbers 12, 14 and 33. We are living in
a time of wars and rumors of wars, nation rising
against nation. The enemy has been murdering and
ransoming God's people since the beginning of
humanity. But Jesus has set the captives free. The
natural and spiritual terrorist both, understand
submitting to their authorities. What power the
church will gain when they understand these
principles. It is hard to understand Kingdom
principles with a democratic mind set. Democracy is
fine for nations of the world but we must remember
that the Kingdom of God is what it is, "THE
KINGDOM OF GOD". Jesus is King! Jesus is Lord!
Four essential elements of becoming a leader or
potential leader to bear fruit for God must be in
equal measures of authority, accountability, ability
and responsibility. Mt 7:21-22 warns us that many
ministries will themselves be operating out of the
principle of satanic rebellion. Our real battle today
is against terrorism in the spirit. But in Obadiah
17-21 we receive a prophetic message of the coming of
deliverance ministry and the restoration of God's
church. You can hear the meaning of Mount Zion,
Jacob's fire, Joseph's flame, and the house of Esau
in this teaching. The Lord's church will overcome the
flesh and defeat the demon terrorism by His two
witnesses; the Word and the Spirit. At the conclusion
of this message, Jim leads the congregation through
prayerful renunciation against principalities that
have to do with leadership, rejected leadership,
insubordination, independent attitude and other areas
rooted in the area of rebellion to authority.

Coyle - YOUR FIVE-FOLD MINISTRY - In Luke 4 we learn about
the ministry of Jesus. The Lord Jesus Christ's
ministry becomes the model and the example of what we
are to understand ministry is all about. There are 5
areas of ministry that Jesus was identifying with in
these Scriptures. Jesus was letting them know He was
going to: 1) Preach the gospel to the poor -
Evangelism - Jesus is the Evangelist; 2) Heal the
broken hearted - Counseling Ministry - Jesus is the
Counselor; 3) Preach deliverance to the captives -
Deliverance Ministry - Jesus is the Deliverer; 4)
Recovering of sight to the blind - Healing Ministry -
Jesus is the Healer; 5) Set at liberty those that are
bruised (crushed by the calamities of life) -
Benevolence ministry - Jesus is Jehovah Jireh our
provider. Steve provided excellent examples in each
of these areas of ministry. Jesus said this is my
ministry. This is who I am and this is why I have
come. Jesus imparted ministry to those with Him. His
ministry gave them authority & power to do
deliverance and healing ministry. These are also our
"fivefold" ministries. Eph 4:11 speaks of
the fivefold ministry offices of apostles, prophets,
teachers, evangelists and pastors. Those who are
called to these offices minister in this regard. And
these offices of fivefold ministry function superbly
in a church. What Jesus has done for everyone is,
that He has commissioned each one of you to carry out
His five-fold ministry and empowers you by the Holy
Spirit. All 5 areas are for you to fulfill in
ministry because He has anointed you to be able to
minister as He ministered. This session of teaching
was closed with prayer that the anointing comes
fresh, it becomes renewing, and it becomes powerful
again in your life to minister in the name of the
Lord Jesus Christ.
06LHCD9-1L - Carla
Butaud - BEING A WOMAN - This is a wonderful
teaching for all women. Carla shares with the women
the importance of letting God be our matchmaker and
letting Him be God in our marriages. When we allow
God to manifest Himself in our lives without putting
our stipulations on how and when we want Him to do
it, then our marriages can truly be the way God meant
them to be. God wants us to be a helpmeet for our
husband, not husbands helpmeets for the wives. Carla
takes us through Scripture and tells us about being a
wife. God can bring us to the place where we desire
to be a Godly helpmeet and as He does and we line up
with the Word, we will see our marriages line up with
the Word of God!
06LHCD9-2L - Cheryl
Batts - WHO HE IS AS FATHER - In this emotional message,
Cheryl uses John 3:16-22 to speak about the love of
God. In the depths of Father God is the place where
there is healing from wounds, hurts and pains, and
the mysteries of yesterday will be understood.
06LHCD9-3L - Jane
Hunt - WORSHIP WILL CAUSE YOU TO CHANGE - Worship - When you think
of worship most people think of music, but we quickly
learn as Jane Hunt takes us to a deeper depth of
worship, just how much farther it goes. How? By
answering when He calls out to us, giving thanks for
all things, and being willing to just come close to
Him pouring out our love to Him and receiving the
fullness of His love for us. We learn that worship
gives honor and is pleasing to the Lord our God.
