SUMMER CONFERENCE ON CD
06LHCD7-1 - Nathan
Hopson - DECEPTION -This message begins with the
statement that one of the greatest neglects in the
church today is the failure to prepare God's people
to deal with deception. Throughout the Scriptures we
are warned to beware of deception, but the mentality
amongst most believers is that others can be
deceived, but that can't happen to me. The very fact
you don't believe you can be deceived indicates you
already are! This message looks at how the New
Testament churches were deceived, and also alerts the
listener to red flags of deceptive tactics we need to
be aware of right now. For example, "I know you
think this is what the Word of God says, but that's
really not what it means," was the tactic satan
used on Eve. 2 Cor 11:3 "But I fear, lest by any
means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his
subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the
simplicity that is in Christ". That word
simplicity refers to singleness, without duplicity.
Stay focused on Jesus. Prayers for deliverance
conclude this service.
06LHCD7-2 - Jim
Landry - SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY - Mt 8:8, "Lord, I am
not worthy that thou shouldest come under my
roof:" - true authority is based on humility.
Vs. 9, "For I am a man under authority," -
under authority not in authority. No man can truly be
in authority without being under authority. The
degree of submission will effect the degree of your
commission. We are to represent God's authority. Many
times we project issues that happened in our youth
upon our spiritual leaders. An array of Scriptures
are presented to drive home the point that authority
comes from God. There are many church
"hoppers" and leadership
"choppers". Often they cannot see God's
vision because of their own vision - Me, Myself &
I. A true leader looks for authorities to submit to.
Jesus was always submitted to the Father. Heb 13:17,
"Obey them that have the rule over you, and
submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as
they that must give account, that they may do it with
joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for
you." Every Christian needs to rightly divide
the truth concerning spiritual authority. It is part
of God's provision to keep us from being deceived.
06LHCD7-3 - Dr.
William Null - ADDICTION, REJECTION, BONDAGE - "For
ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to
fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption,
whereby we cry, Abba, Father." Rom 8:15 This
message addresses the source of bondage which enters
by either fear or pride reacting to rejection we
receive in life. Dr. Null explores their root causes
and how they work in our lives to cause various
addictions and bondages. The road to freedom is then
outlined. Deliverance prayers conclude this teaching.
06LHCD7-4 - Ronnie
Bijeaux - THE SPIRIT OF JAEL - This service opens with a
prophecy. The message text is from Judges 4 where we
see Deborah as a mother in Israel, and her apprentice
is a warrior by the name of Jael. Ronnie then
discusses the 5 "G's" representing the 5
fold ministry - the Apostle governs; the Prophet
guides; the Evangelist gathers; the Pastor guards and
the Teacher grounds. All of this weaves back to
Judges and concludes with the account of Jael's
victory. The service ends with declarations for
personal victory.
06LHCD7-5 - Carla
Butaud - THE WORKING OF SEDUCING SPIRITS - A prophetic message
prefaces the teaching. Carla then takes the listener
on a walk with her and her canine companions which
gave her visual aids relating to the importance of
focus, being watchful, and not being distracted. The
message on how seducing spirits operate was birthed
during this walk. In 1 Tim 4:1 we are warned that
giving heed to seducing spirits draws us away from
the faith. She points out that it is not a demon on
the outside having an effect, it is our very mind!
They can be identified as deceiving thoughts in the
area of our intellect, causing us to believe
something other than what we should believe - thus
being deceived. It begins with an attraction, then
escalates to a driving force - "I gotta have
it!" - aka LUST! Her hope in presenting this
study is that if we can recognize the tactics of
these seducing spirits, we are better able to do
battle against them. Seduction is a power that causes
a bad thing to seem good. She tells the listener how
to stop the process before it becomes sin, and then
goes on to use Proverbs chapter seven to vividly
illustrate the seducing spirit. If taken to heart,
this message will change your life. Deliverance
ministry is included.
06LHCD7-6 - Geri
McGhee - THE SPIRIT OF CONTROL - Some of us control and
some of us allow ourselves to be controlled. If it is
negative and demonic control, it is as the sin of
witchcraft. Parents and Godly authority figures on
the other hand need to teach Godly discipline.
Children that are properly disciplined feel loved and
secure. Undisciplined children can become bipolar and
rebellious. God's kingdom works under authority. A
spirit of control will oppress, encumber, dishearten
and enslave. A controlled person feels victimized. In
Ps 72:4, God says "He will break in pieces the
oppressor." Oppressive controlling spirits want
power and they will advance in any way they can. God
wants us to be under the direction of the Holy
Spirit. Our freedom in the Holy Spirit can be
hindered if we come under the control of someone
else's will. The Harry Potter movies are all about
the teaching of witchcraft and controlling others to
do your will. There are many people who are not
witches who are practicing witchcraft by trying to
manipulate and control others or by praying towards
that end. The listener will be challenged to ask
themselves the question, "Am I a
controller?" or "Am I being
controlled?"
06LHCD7-7 - Chris
Simpson - GET IT OUT OR IT'S OUT TO GET YOU - "Lest satan should
get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of
his devices." (2 Cor 2:11) Chris points out that
verse is preceded by a word about forgiveness. Know
that if you want to be free of satan's devices, one
of the necessities is that you forgive. "To whom
ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I
forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your
sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ." In
John 20:22-23, after Jesus breathes on the disciples
and they receive the Holy Ghost, says, "Whose
soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them;
and whose soever sins ye retain, they are
retained." We can bind and loose people by
forgiveness or unforgiveness. He also tells the
listener about the necessity of getting the demons
out, especially since, if you don't get rid of them,
they will multiply. We have to get them out! He
points out that if you don't pull the roots of these
problems out, you will continue to have the fruit
they produce. If we leave the door open, eventually
the enemy will take advantage. Sin opens the door. We
must get it out!
06LHCD7-8 - Tom Stone
- WE NEED TO BE SAVED - 1 Tim 2:3-4, "For
this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our
Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to
come unto the knowledge of the truth." This
message begins by showing that salvation begins with
being born again in the Spirit. He then shows that
God wants all men to be saved and presents them with
the opportunity to receive Him and believe on His
name. He draws us in to the choice with cords of
love. Once we make the choice then we must continue
to follow Him and grow in salvation. This is an
excellent teaching on continuing in the grace of God
to become perfected and made whole.
06LHCD7-9 - Dr.
William Null - GOD'S DIET - "It shall be a
perpetual statute for your generations throughout all
your dwellings, that ye eat neither fat nor
blood." Lev 3:17. The diet ordained and revealed
to man by God in His Word is reviewed in this
message. Then Dr. Null gives a comparison of that
diet with current medical and scientific knowledge to
show that what is now being learned was revealed by
God four thousand years ago! The foods God gave us
are frequently processed and hence much of the
protective food value is lost in processing. This
teaching ends with a deliverance service.
06LHCD7-10 - Geri
McGhee - THE DEVOURERS - We are taken captive when
things happen in our childhood and we turn to
something (besides God) to cope with it, or when we
refuse to even risk life, we check out emotionally
and the enemy "swallows us up". This can be
a main root of deaf and dumb spirit, turning to an
idol. Several Scriptures are presented to show where
the enemy is swallowing us up. Jonah was swallowed up
in the belly of the whale due to rebellion. We can be
swallowed up into captivity because of lack of
knowledge. Isaiah 5:13 We can be swallowed up due to
lack of a shepherd. We can be swallowed up by one
another. Gal 5:15. This could also be a cause of
being overweight. Once we stop biting and devouring
one another, the weight will drop! This is a must
message for every deliverance worker!
06LHCD7-11- Chris
Simpson - 10 CLASSIC LIES OF THE DEVIL - David was forgiven but
there were consequences to what was sown. We can be
ignorant of the devil's devices and he can take
advantage of that. This message contains ten points
showing how satan lies to us. He lied to Cain so that
he believed God played favorites. He lied to David
that he wouldn't reap what he had sown. In another
example satan tempted with, "maybe God didn't
mean what He said." We can rationalize and
reason our way out of obedience. Other lies are, God
won't protect me, or I don't have it in me to keep up
the battle. He shows us that from the very beginning
in the Garden of Eden, satan is always trying to get
us to listen to his lies and not to trust what God
told us is truth. One of satan's favorites to use is
"You're a miserable looser." He shares Luke
22:61 where Peter denied the Lord and comments that
no doubt, satan used that to really kick Peter when
he was down. This is a practical message that will
help you to be aware of when the enemy is setting you
up to believe a lie. If we trust God and don't
believe these lies, we will overcome.
06LHCD7-12 - Cheryl
Batts - WHAT'S IN YOUR WALLET? - We are reminded that each
of us has an enemy whose sole purpose is to steal,
kill and destroy us and that we also have an all
powerful GOD that loves us! When an individual goes
through things and comes out on the victory side,
they have the "goods" to help set someone
else free, because we have seen the in's and out's
and know the way. The listener is reminded of how
important it is to remain on the potter's wheel until
the potter is finished. If we take ourselves off too
soon, we'll find ourself lacking. Know it's not God's
fault. The question is presented, "What's in
your wallet?" "What's on your ATM
card?" How much peace, or power or love? What's
really in your heart? Is there fear and jealousy?
It's time to look at the deposits and credits. The
only thing you can withdraw is what has been
deposited in your account.
06LHCD7-13 - Nathan
Hopson - FILL YOUR HORN WITH OIL AND GO! - 1 Sam 16:1 "And the
LORD said unto Samuel, How long wilt thou mourn for
Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over
Israel? fill thine horn with oil, and go, I will send
thee to Jesse the Bethlehemite: for I have provided
me a king among his sons." The problem is, most
of us are afraid that it won't work for us. We just
don't have the confidence that God can do what He
says He can do. Nathan rehearses the account of T.L.
Osborne, who after years of missionary failures, went
to a William Branum meeting and heard, "God is
who He said He is" and "God will do what He
says He can do." Bro. Osborne got that down in
his spirit man, went back to the mission field, and
in fifty years service, in seventy countries, planted
10,000 churches with signs and wonders following! To
know what God can do you must read the WORD. This
message ends with a prayer to stir up the Holy Ghost,
for a fresh infilling of the oil of God, to go forth
in faith, believing God is able to perform that which
He has purposed in your life.
06LHCD7-14 - Clement
Humbard - ALL FULL FILLED - The powerful challenge
presented in this message is that our main desire
should be to fulfill the great commission. All things
point to the Lord Jesus as Prophet, Priest &
King. Clement exhorts the listener to live for today
and not wait until some day when we get it all
together! This generation is destined to know the
Lord Jesus Christ more intimately and personally than
any generation that has lived. The double anointing
Joel speaks of in the last days on God's servants and
handmaidens, translated, means "keeper of God's
house". Though true heirs, they are still
servants. We should be more concerned with who God is
than what God does. He wants us to know He is, the I
am that I am. Revelation of the Son of God is for
formation - Christ in us - not just information - Him
perfected in us, showing His love, letting our light
shine, loving one another in this present world. We
are to be partakers of His divine nature, even loving
our enemies! There are many nuggets to glean from in
this message.

OF CURSES - "But I say
unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse
you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them
which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That
ye may be the children of your Father which is in
heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and
on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the
unjust." Mt 5:44-45. The listener will come to
understand the meaning of the word curse and know
where it appears in the Bible. You will also see how
the Word of God reveals how curses work and the
various circumstances that allow them to effect your
life. Dr. Null teaches how to break free from curses,
both from the past and the present. Ministry for
deliverance concludes this teaching.

Bijeaux - KAIROS SEASON - "If
you don't praise, you don't get a raise."
"If you don't worship, it won't rain."
Buckle up for this teaching! God is doing something
new in the church for the land (earth - you) and the
temple of the Holy Ghost. The time is coming that if
you don't deal with the secret sins privately, He'll
deal with them publicly. It's time to know who you
are in the Lord. God is just as big in the valley as
He is on the mountaintop! And there is a river
running through the valley - a time of refreshing.
It's during the Kairos season that you find out that
up to now, you've been religious, never really
occupying your promised land. God is a god of order.
He is order and the five-fold ministry establishes it
in His body.
06LHCD7-17 - Nathan
Hopson - NO MAN COULD TAME HIM - This message begins with
an exhortation to practice praising the Lord - the
enemy has to flee when we begin to praise and worship
Him! He then speaks about messages that demons teach
- little bits of information concerning deception in
the church. Out of the institutions of higher
learning comes man-made, unscriptural teaching. Be
aware! Deception is rampant. He takes us to Mark 5
and points out that Jesus' boat goes all the way to
the other side - storm or not! He tells us that
several times, Jesus goes out of His way - away from
"God's people" to minister to them. The
focus of this message is the love of God that sends
Jesus to the tombs, to set a man free of unclean
spirits - the Gadarene demoniac. He couldn't be
contained - even with chains - wore no clothes and
slept - lived in the tombs and was cutting himself
with stones. Sin - allowed to continue - will cause
man to lose all semblances of honor and integrity.

Bijeaux - WORSHIP - What is worship? It's reverence,
the trust factor, revelation of His greatness, to
idolize. God wants us to love Him so much that we'll
do whatever He says - no questions asked!!! Knowing
the heart of God - being one with Him - yielding our
will to His - giving Glory to Him. Pay no attention
to what others think or say. Be quick to repent -
quick to obey. John 4:23 - the hour cometh - (future)
- and now is (present) - when they who worship will
worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. He wants TRUE
worshippers - not just what we sing or what we say
with our mouth. Future blessings are contingent on
present obedience. When our eyes are on God and we
are worshipping there is no telling what He will do.
No matter who you are, what you've done, where you've
been, God wants to expose all the hidden roots in our
lives so that He can free us to worship in spirit and
truth. Deliverance ministry follows this teaching.
06LHCD7-2L - Janie
Hopson - DON'T LET FEAR PARALYZE YOU - This message deals with
two kinds of fear - Godly fear and obsessive fear and
how each operate and motivate our actions. In Genesis
3:9-10 we are shown where fear originated and by the
use of Scriptures, Janie illustrates how demonic fear
causes us to respond and how on that, satan builds
his kingdom in us. She then shows us how to respond
to the demons and encourages us in the Word by
showing us others that were afraid. God has good
things for us because 1 John 4:10 says, "There
is no fear in love but perfect love casteth out
fear."

Hopson - DEALING WITH LONELINESS - In Genesis we find just
how far back the spirit of loneliness goes - even to
Adam and Eve where the first separation from God
occurred after their disobedience to the Word of God.
Janie shares that loneliness through peer pressure,
lack of acceptance and even the desire for love can
easily come against God's plan for our lives.
