Dear Glen: It has to be God!! A few
weeks ago I wrote and asked for prayer for our grandson. I have also been praying about a
personal physical problem. While reading several days later, the Holy Spirit started
sharing the Scriptures about honoring your parents and the curse(s) that go along with
dishonoring. Several days following this, your magazine came and what should I find but
Jim Landry's booklet on "Judging Your Parents" (which I have sent for). Your
first reaction is "I can't believe it", when you get that quickening of the Holy
Spirit in your spirit, and you know it is God putting things together. Our grandson has
been very disrespectful and dishonoring to his parents and there was still some issue(s)
in my own life I needed to deal with. We are ministering to him in intercession this way.
Praise the LORD. We thank you for your continuing prayers for him. God has the answer(s). NC
LHBC: Enclosed is a check for 5 copies of Dragon in the Holy Place. I
certainly learned a lot about what's going on now! Of course I'll share these with people
in my church. TN
Dear Lake Hamilton Bible Camp Staff: I just received the CD's that I
ordered. I had some apprenhension because a poor person like me should not be spending $40
on CD's, when he knows nothing about the authors of the CD's. However, I felt that the
LORD had led me to your website, so I ordered several. Already, I've listened to three by
Duncan: "Purpose of Tongues", "Power Gifts", & Discerning of
Spirits. I am impressed. (email)
Dear Bro. Miller: A few weeks ago I made a request for prayer for me and
my family. Thank God the finances have improved, the family member that needed a job has
improved some, my husband who had a stroke is walking better, the person cooking for us
making better meals. Thank you for your prayers. TX
Dear Friends of Christ: We had a joyous time at Lake Hamilton Bible Camp
over the Labor Day weekend. When you are walking truly on Holy Ground, it's not easy to
leave. We were all very blessed while we were there and it has remained with us. We try to
explain to others how we were touched and how God is doing great things there. But we
can't find the words to do it justice. MI
We recently received an email from a concerned
believer. It read as follows:
I am concerned that as a fellow believer, you are shirking all of our
responsibilities off onto and under a label of demon possession. After being directed to
your website through an online board, I was taken aback at the amount of time spent on
calling out this demon and that demon, when we should call sin as it is: sin. By believing
that all problems come from demons, we should in turn, believe that all blessings come
from angel. I pray that you will prayerfully and carefully approach this deliverance
ministry, as Christians that swing too far one way on the scales will eventually fall off
the side all together.
Our response was as follows:
Greetings & thanks for your concerns.
If you do a search in our catalog of books, tapes and CD's, for the word
"salvation" contained in either the title or narrative you will pull up 105
products.
If you do a search for the "Holy Spirit" you will pull up 311 products.
If you do a search for the word "Jesus" you will pull up 742 products.
If you search for the word "demon" you will pull up 351 products.
If you search for the word "sin" you will pull up 830 products.
We are fully aware that a false balance is an abomination to God. Throughout a year's
time, you will find that the five-fold ministry is represented at our campmeetings.
Ephesians 4:11-12 is pretty clear we need them all so the saints can be perfected. We
believe in the whole counsel of God.
This ministry has been helping the body of Christ for over forty years, including
ministers from many different denominations, as well as their members. If more pastors
taught and practiced deliverance as Jesus did, perhaps you wouldn't perceive us as being
unbalanced. Blessings - Glen Miller & Staff
