How to Keep Yourself in the Love of God
By Kevin King

Take at least ten minutes where you can get ALONE and press in and just speak in tongues, (your prayer language) until your mind is free from distractions and you're more keenly focused on Him.

Then, wait in His presence! We're so busy talking, and in a hurry to pray. Learn to Listen! Let God speak to your heart. If there is something you need to repent about He'll show you.

The Holy Spirit wants to teach you the art of intercession. After taking time to press in, He may flash a person to your mind. That's your key to pray. Remember, The Spirit knows how to pray perfectly.

You'll find that the more you do this, the more you'll want to spend time with Him, and the things of this world will seem even less desirable. This is where the Holy Spirit will begin to fine tune you, and deal with those areas in your life that are not like Him. It's here you'll also get to know the awesome love of God. As you get free in your prayer closet then you'll better know His mind and will for your life in the Body of Christ.

Scriptures:

Matthew 6:6 - "But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly." (KJV)

Jude 1:20-21 - "But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life." (KJV)

1 Corinthians 14:18 - "I thank my God I speak with tongues more than you all;" (KJV)

Ephesians 6:18-19 - "Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel." (KJV)

Romans 8:26-27 - "Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God." (KJV)

1 Thesselonians 5:17 - "Pray without ceasing." (KJV)

This is the last thing the enemy wants you to develop!
