2004 LADIES CONFERENCE TAPES

04LC-1 - Mary Ann Flynn - POWER OF PRAYER - Ephesians 6:18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. Sister Flynn covers the necessity of prayer and shows by scripture the necessity of continuing prayer. The many things that hinder prayer are covered with scriptural references. A positive plan to aid in effective prayer is listed to enable you to pray in God's will so that you will have what you ask for. (I John 5:14-15) Prayer is not a one-way street. Take time not just to pray, but also listen to what God may be saying back to you. ORDER

04LC-2 - Alberta Landry - POWER OF PRAISE - John 4:23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. Sister Landry opens with a definition of worship. To worship shows honor and worth. It is based on reverential awe, and respect. What you worship you will serve. (Matthew 4:10) True worship of God is a lifestyle based on serving God for who He is and not what we can obtain from Him. A life of worshipful service is expressed in obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit! Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks (Matthew 12:34). True worship proceeds out of the mouth at all times and places. It serves and glorifies God. This tape is an excellent scriptural exhortation to seek God's help to lead a worshipful lifestyle. ORDER

04LC-3 - Mary Ann Flynn - PRAISE FROM A HEART FOR GOD - Psalms 33:1 Rejoice in the Lord, Oh ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright. Sister Flynn begins with a discussion of the heart - how God looks at and knows the heart. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks (Matthew 12:34). We need to guard what comes out of our mouths. Since God can change our heart we need to ask God for a heart of praise so that we can come into true worship. ORDER

04LC-4 - Cheryl Batts - ARMED AND DANGEROUS - II Peter 1:3 His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue. Sister Batts shows by scripture it is necessary to obtain knowledge of how God has armed us so that we can be armed and dangerous to satan. We must understand our weapons and the authority we have to use them and the armor God has provided for us. Then we can be ready to stand and do battle at all times. ORDER

04LC-5 - Alberta Landry - SACRIFICE OF PRAISE - Sister Landry continues to discuss worship and praise. She begins by defining praise as - to extol the glory of the Lord in love. This praise should be freely given and without being inhibited. She then teaches on each of the Hebrew words for praise with many scriptural examples for each word. She outlines an 8 step program to enhance praise and discusses the various hindrances to praise. This tape is an excellent exhortation to scriptural praise. Deliverance comes to the high praisers. Psalms 149:5-9. ORDER

04LC-6 Mary Ann Flynn - HIS PERFECT PRESENCE - Psalms 91:1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Sister Flynn shows by scripture that we can come into relationship with God whereby we can enter into his presence in the secret place. She showed that abiding in the secret place will protect you and keep you from harm. You will find fullness of peace and joy evermore! You will appreciate the sweet presence of the Lord that was present during this service. Be especially blessed as Mary Ann demonstrates what "fawning" is, using Glen as her example. The Lord wants us to fawn over Him. ORDER
