Cheryl
is the CEO and founder of P.H.O.E.B.E. (People
Helping Others Excel by Example). The name PHOEBE is
the name God gave Cheryl when He took her pastor to
Romans 16:1-2 and he prophesied over her from that
Scripture. And Isaiah 58:12 ... repairer of the
breach/multi cultural projects that encourage the
acceptance of the African American heritage and
history! Cheryl always has a timely word of
exhortation, is an anointed deliverance minister, and
has a passion to empower women to become vessels of
honor.

Ann Flynn
Mary
Ann Flynn is a dynamic teacher of the practical
application of God's Word. Her ministry is
accompanied by a powerful flow of the prophetic word
that brings revelation and insight into God's Word.
This has set many "captives" free. She has
ministered across the United States and around the
world with her husband Chuck Flynn. Chuck was the
speaker for the first camp meeting here at Lake
Hamilton Bible Camp, and the Flynns have ministered
at many camp meetings here over the years. They have
also appeared numerous times on Christian television
shows, such as PTL and 700 Club. Their ministry is
based in Santa Ana, California.

and her husband, Jim, pastor Christ Outreach
Ministries of Beaumont, TX, and in Silsbee, TX. She
is a certified minister and volunteers with the Texas
Department of Criminal Justice for prison ministry
and with the Texas Association of X-Offenders (TAX).
She is also Founder and President of Woman Achieving
God's Promises (WAGP), a group that meets to provide
an opportunity for the women of God to participate in
quality time with the LORD, to feed the homeless,
give to the poor and needy, visit the nursing homes
and hospitals, etc. Her ministry of encouragement
will challenge you to become all that God has
purposed for you, and her experience in the
deliverance ministry can help you get free from the
obstacles that are hindering the fulfillment of those
plans.
The
$50.00 registration fee includes accommodations for
Friday and Saturday nights, dinner on Friday, three
meals on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.
Accommodations will be assigned on a first
come, first serve basis. Please

here, so we may have your name badge ready.
