JULY/AUGUST 2003

Dear Ones in Christ,

We pray that you and your families have been having a wonderful summer. This is always a busy time at the campground. Not only do we have our scheduled camp meetings, but the grounds (and staff) also serve to host a number of church and youth groups throughout the summer. Lake Hamilton Bible Camp is a wonderful spiritual and physical retreat, with 100+ acres of woods and trails, canoeing and swimming on Lake Hamilton, and is only two miles outside the city limits of Hot Springs.

The Family Campmeeting was a great blessing to all those who attended, and I'm sure the recordings will bless you as well. George Leroy, from Toronto, Canada, came to join us, delivering some wonderful messages on abiding in God's love and peace. Chris Simpson of Pasadena, TX, taught on the great need for deliverance, and why God sometimes heals and sometimes does not. We were blessed to be joined for the first time by Richard "Butch" Berget, of Florence, MS. He led some wonderful praise and worship, and prophesied over every individual in attendance at one of the services. Cheryl Batts and Dorine Rincker, both ministered to the ladies' each afternoon, and Cheryl and Dianne Stone delivered poignant messages to the entire group on the rights of demons and how to speak to your children about sex. Dr. Bill Null was here faithfully leading the 6 am morning prayer services, and delivered a series of messages on binding and loosing. Jim Landry gave a unique message on pedophiles and how to identify and protect your children from them. Clement Humbard was also here to lead the final service of the Family Camp Meeting. Christel Beckley ministered to the children and youth, with the help of Mary Jane Patterson and Bruce Miller. Read about what God did for the children on a separate page inside this newsletter.

We are busily preparing for the Labor Day Campmeeting August 28th through September 1st and encourage you to come and partake with us in the glorious presence of the Lord. Ministering for the first time at LHBC will be Les and Peggy Sue Menzel from Cleveland, GA. Theirs is a compassionate ministry with a prophetic edge, dedicated to seeing the captives set free and teaching God's people how to stay delivered. James and Murlene Golden, missionaries to Belize, whom the campground has helped support for many years, will be with us again to celebrate the things of the Lord. It has been two years since we have been privileged to have them with us and we look forward to testimony of what God is doing in and through them. We are so grateful for the continued ministry of Dr. Bill Null, who has unselfishly driven from Salina, KS almost every campmeeting for nearly twenty years to share the truth of God's Word and minister to His people. Additionally, he is up every morning to conduct the 6 am prayer meeting where untold numbers have been delivered and healed. Cheryl Batts from Hot Springs, AR, and Dianne Stone from Perryville, AR, both a part of the LHBC family, will minister deliverance to the ladies in the 1:15 meetings.

Although Labor Day is a holiday for workers across the nation, we never stop laboring for the LORD! We have some large projects here at the Lake Hamilton office and grounds that we hope to complete this fall. We would greatly appreciate any help available, as we are a small but faithful staff.

We thank you and bless you for your financial support and for keeping Lake Hamilton Bible Camp in your prayers. We loyally read each letter we receive. It is our joy to know what a blessing this newsletter is to so many. May the LORD bless you in your daily endeavors, and protect those of you who will be traveling to join us at the end of the month.

With love and prayers,

Glen Miller & Staff
