November/December 2001

Greetings to our Covenant families:

Once again, another year is coming to a close as we count our blessings one by one and remember God’s grace and mercy to us in the year 2001. We thank the LORD for the privilege that has been ours to be intercessors for many of you in your hour of need and stand in awe at what God has wrought! As we approach what we call the new year with expectation and wonder, at what God will do, we are reminded that 1 Timothy 2 verses 1 and 2 says, that FIRST OF ALL, supplications, prayers, intercessions and GIVING OF THANKS be made for all men; for Presidents and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. And 2 Chronicles 7 and 14 says, If MY PEOPLE will HUMBLE themselves and pray, confess our sins and our nation’s sins (abortion, greed, pleasure of other gods, etc.) HE, JEHOVAH, will hear our prayers - for our President and those in authority, and give them wisdom and bring conviction of sin on the nation and heart felt repentance. To our family in California, Kentucky, Illinois, Iowa, Virginia and Arkansas, also to our camp ground family, actually around the world, we extend to you God’s blessings, grace and health in the coming year. Erma’s health has improved this year for which we praise the LORD. The rest of the camp ground family is well and rejoicing.

What a wonderful gathering we had here during the Thanksgiving Campmeeting. Our good friend Robert Cameron was with us again this year to bless us with his wonderful messages and music, as well as Mildred Coffey, Clement Humbard, Dr. Bill Null, and Bill Smith. We shared a delicious Thanksgiving dinner to start the camp. Thank you to everyone who brought salads and desserts to the dinner. You will want to order the Thanksgiving Campmeeting tapes for your prayer group or pastor to listen to.

At the end of October, we also held our annual Deliverance Minister’s Conference, featuring Frank Marzullo, Geri McGhee, Monty Mulkey, Dr. Bill Null, Norman Parish and Chris Simpson. Ministers from all over the country came to join us. Although this meeting was for ministers only, you also can benefit from the knowledge shared by listening to the tapes from the meetings. There is a full synopsis of all the messages later in this issue.

We will be starting our Mid-Winter Campmeeting with a large dinner, at 2:30 on the 25th. We look forward to sharing the fellowship and food with our brothers and sisters in Christ once again. Any side dishes or desserts you can bring to share would be greatly appreciated. Brother Howard Pittman will be with us sharing his inspirational testimony, as well as Rod Johnson, Chris Simpson, Dr. Bill Null, Clement Humbard, and Mildred Coffey. The meeting ends with the watch night service on New Year’s Eve. We hope that you will be able to join us for a glorious time of fellowship, praise and worship.

We also have the calendar of meetings for the year 2002. The first meeting of the new year will be the Ladies’ Conference, held February 22nd - 24th. If you would like to attend, you may find out more information pertaining to the conference and complete the application. We pray that you put all these camp meetings on your calendar and in your heart, and that the LORD will bring many of His Kingdom family here to worship and praise with us in the coming year!

We thank Him for being able to continue the works for His Kingdom for another year here at Lake Hamilton Bible Camp.

In Christ’s Love,

Glen, Erma and Staff
