John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
Paul says in Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."
Provision has been made for each of us to come to God through Jesus Christ and His shed blood. Romans 5:8, "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." And 1 John 1:7, "... and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin."
If you have never asked Jesus to come into your heart and be Lord of your life, pray the following prayer out loud.
"Dear Jesus, I realize I am a sinner. I believe that You died for my sins. Please forgive me of my past sins and come into my heart. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be and help me live in fellowship with you each day."
