Frank
was born in New Haven, Connecticut, and is a graduate
of Quinnipiac College. He moved to Miami in 1951,
where he was employed as a pastry chef until the Lord
called him into His Service in 1967. After receiving
the Baptism of the Holy Spirit at Gerald Derstine's
camp in Minnesota (through which he was later
ordained), Frank opened his home up for prayer
meetings. These later developed into a church body,
which he pastored until 1981.
The
Lord then called Frank to the office of Evangelist,
to give to the body of Christ what he had received.
Years of study of the Word and encouragement from men
of acknowledged spiritual wisdom resulted in a
fruitful Evangelistic ministry.
He
was called upon to establish a healing and
deliverance center by the Community of Faith in Cali,
Columbia. Through this center, hundreds have been
saved, baptized in the Hoy Spirit, delivered and
healed by the power of the Holy Spirit in the name of
Jesus.
He
also ministered in England, Northern Ireland,
Scotland, Italy, Israel, and the Virgin Islands. In
these countries, Frank saw the Lord manifesting His
glory through the healing of the sick, the deaf
hearing, the blind receiving their sight, and through
inner healing - the healing of the wounded spirit and
the broken heart.
Frank
went home to be with the Lord in 2003, but the
messages he left for the Body of Christ contine to be
available.
