Bishop
Charles Carter, along with his wife, Jacqueline who
ministers in the prophetic and minstrel anointing,
are administrators of Greater Grace Shelter in Hot
Springs, AR. Greater Grace is one of the area's
primary providers of emergency shelter for the
homeless and less fortunate. Brother and Sister
Carter see miracles of healing, deliverance,
salvation and restoration on a daily basis. Bishop
Carter is a man of prayer and fasting and this is
reflected in his understanding and delivery of God's
Word.
